Giving and receiving go hand in hand.

Enhearten believes in the countless gifts unseen leaders have to give the world.

We freely give of ourselves to help their visions become reality.

Enhearten Giving

Enhearten connects unseen leaders to people, opportunities, and resources to serve these leaders in all they are called to be and do. We work towards a day when people freely share with and receive from unseen leaders nearby and around the world.

Our Philosophy

We believe amazing leaders—with beautiful gifts and callings—are serving and uplifting communities.

However, many funding agencies primarily invest in individuals who conform to a certain profile, personality-type, cultural heritage, or socio-economic status, while unseen leaders at times remain outside the strategic networks where giving and receiving take place.

Enhearten Giving exists to disrupt this status quo.

We advocate for unseen leaders so they can freely give to and receive from their communities. We work to build reparative networks that transform communities with awareness, equality, justice, and love.

Enhearten Unseen Leaders is a tax exempt nonprofit organization under 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code. EIN: 86-1880008.

Donations may be sent by check to: Enhearten Unseen Leaders, 3198 Airport Loop Dr., Suite B, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. We also have online giving available.

Please note that we are currently only able to receive donations from California, Arizona, Idaho, Indiana, Montana, Nebraska, South Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming.

Micro Grants

One of the ways Enhearten Giving empowers unseen leaders is through the offering of micro grants—funding for special projects envisioned and led by unseen leaders that uplift a community.  Our heart is to support people and projects that reflect core values of humility, integrity, and love.

Micro grants given through Enhearten Unseen Leaders range from $500–$1,000 per project and are awarded on a case-by-case basis after an application process. Each applicant and their prospective project is reviewed by the Board of Enhearten Unseen Leaders. We hope to fund projects that are either new to your work or represent a new component to an existing project. The micro grant award amount should be able to fund a specific and substantial part of your project or new component to an existing project.

If you or an unseen leader in your network would like to apply for a micro grant, please fill out the form below. We would love to hear from you!

Currently, we only award grants to applicants who serve with a U.S. non-profit organization. Micro grant applications are reviewed two times a year. The application deadlines are March 15 and September 15. Each finalist will be invited to an interview with Board members of Enhearten Unseen Leaders by phone or Zoom, and the finalist’s references (at least one) will be contacted. We hope to disburse funds within two months after the application deadline.

We hope to be able to offer twelve micro grants during 2024 and we hope to continue to grow this program in future years. Applicants can be funded up to once every two years, provided applicants have met the project completion and reporting expectations. Funded applicants are expected to use the funds in a manner consistent with the proposed usage. Upon the project completion or completion of use of funds, the funded applicant is expected to submit a short 1-2 page report sharing the outcomes of the project, using the Enhearten Micro Grant Project Report form.
